NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment as to Count I, dated July 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001167 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 342, Building 10, PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM, (f/k/a Pelican Cove Condominium XIV), a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1281, Page 264, and by virtue of Merger recorded in Official Records Book 1673, Page 918, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 2, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of August, 2014.
