NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA001912NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff, and JOHN DONOVAN; GAIL DONOVAN AKA GAIL B. DONOVAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 15thday of August, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, PHILLIPPI SHORES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
