LOT 10, BLOCK “B”, BAY VIEW ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock, A.M., on August 20, 2014
