Final Judgment was awarded on June 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-054710 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA L. REDWAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA L. REDWAY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 20, BLOCK 99, UNIT 20, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, SECTION 08, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
