Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of July, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-CC-6166 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COLONNADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRSITOPHER J. MAYO a/k/a CHRSITOPHER MAYO, BRANDON K. PICKELL and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC RESGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are the Defendant(s). That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
