Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 004289 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD A. VEOVICH, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 28, BLOCK 731, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
