NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2014, and entered in 2010 CA 009781 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MARY LOU FLETCHER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); SUNLAND GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC; KATHLEEN P SWARTZ; KYRLE FLETCHER; KELLY N FLETCHER HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARY LOU FLETCHER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KENNETH BRENT FLETCHER are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 15, BUILDING “B”, SUNLAND GARDEN APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 643, PAGE 7 AND AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1056, PAGE 1613 THROUGH 1662 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
