Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2013 CA 002180 NC on April 28, 2014 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA , Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 28, Block 3 of NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE COUNTRY CLUB UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 37 AND 37A through 37C of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on August 25, 2014. The highest bidder shall im mediately post with the Clerk, a deposit
equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier 's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
