Thence North 00Ëš 02' West along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 8 for 58.00 feet; thence East for 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North for 20.06 feet; thence East for 6.00 feet; thence South 45° East for 2.83 feet; thence East for 32.00 feet; thence South for 16.06 feet; thence West for 2.00 feet; thence South for 2.00 feet; thence West for 38.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. AKA Phase I, Unit 7-B, WHISPERWOOD I, TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY.

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court within “30 days after the first date of publication” otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
