Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, OAK FORD GOLF CLUB SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 31, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 14th day of October, 2014, via online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE PER SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
