NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 019185 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and ELIX SOTO; DORIS SOTO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BEAL BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSE SOTO the names being fictious to accout for parites in possession, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19thday of August, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1693 of 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 3,3A-3M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
