NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-004627-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LINDA FLORES; TENANT #1 N/K/A GLEN ROSENBERG, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARL KOCH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
