NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 24, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 58-2013-CA-004374-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JANET E CASE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET E. CASE; MYRTLE TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PLANTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 09/02/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 213, MYRTLE TRACE AT THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1651, PAGE 608, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGE 46, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
