Brazzel aka Lisa Brazzel, Robert L. Brazzel aka Robert Brazzel, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, Tenant # 1 NKA Katherine E. Wright, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
