NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-011246-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB., is the Plaintiff and LEONARD MCKENZIE, LOUISE MCKENZIE, CENTURY BANK, FSB., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 21, 2014, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 52, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 14, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 33, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
