NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 006210 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and PATRICIA A CARROLL; ROBERT M CARROLL AKA ROBERT M CARROLL, SR.; PATRICIA A DUMAS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this August 21st, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
