AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-RS9, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA F. GARDNER; BRAD L. GARDNER A/K/A BRAD GARDNER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATON SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on August 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, BLOCK 4 OF TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION, FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 60-61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
