BLUSIEWICZ; JANNETTE G. BLUSIEWICZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 27 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 1898, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 45, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135 THROUGH 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
