NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 31, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-055392 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ELLEN M. HAMBEL, LEO M. HAMBEL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A KEVIN HAMBEL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 (DROPPED), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of December, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
All that parcel of land in city of Bonita Springs, Lee County, State of Florida, being known and designated as:
From the Northwest corner of Lot 16, BONITA FARMS, NO. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 27, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, in the NW of Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, run South 150 feet, thence East 1 foot to the Point of Beginning; Continue East 159 feet; thence South 75 feet; thence West 159 feet; thence North 75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to an easement over and across the westerly 49 feet thereof for a road right-of-way and for utility purposes and together with a nonexclusive right of ingress and egress in common with others over the private road running North and South to the public road located on the North end of the subdivision (Known as Lot 34, IMPERIAL RIVER ESTATES, an unrecorded Subdivision).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
