NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-005023-WS of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.comat 11:00 A.M. EST on the 13th day of August, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
