NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 1-2010-CA-4856-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and CLAYTON W BARRESSE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAYTON W. BARRESSE, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSICA DAVIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 422, Bear Creek, Unit Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 34 and 35, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
