NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001700WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and WILLIAM D. COPLEY JR.; JANET COPLEY; WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERS EDGE SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; RACHEL A. COPLEY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 661, OF WATERS EDGE THREE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 111 THROUGH 125, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
