NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 128, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 1, UNIT 2-A according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 78 and 79 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 11335 Tee Time Circle, New Port Richey, FL 34654
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 28, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
