CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 101, BUILDING 12, THE HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR THE HILLSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3070, PAGE 381; AND ITS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR THE HILLSIDE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the attorney for the Plaintiff, Millennium Partners, whose address is 21500 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 600, Aventura, FL 33180, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before Aug 18 2014. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Foreclosure Complaint.
