Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, BLOCK 12, MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE 1, UNIT 1C-1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 5, Public Record of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com , beginning at 11:00 a.m. on August 26, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
