NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007552 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SUNTRUST ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-1F, is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA BERGER, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 797 ALOHA GARDENS UNIT SEVEN according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10 pages 132 thru 134 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 3440 Eisenhower Drive, Holiday, FL 34691
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
