NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004595 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY C. SEGER A/K/A JEFFREY SEGER; are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 15th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 463, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
