NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 2nd day of September, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE SOUTH 75.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE EAST 12.00 FEET OF SUBJECT TO INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
