DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SILVIA CLARA LINDSLEY A/K/A SILVIA C. LINDSLEY A/K/A SILVIA· LINDSLEY, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SILVIA CLARA LINDSLEY A/K/A SILVIA C. LINDSLEY A/K/A SILVIA LINDSLEY, IF ANY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, are defendants. COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25,TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, RUN THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 25, FOR 440 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY, PARALLEL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼, FOR 38.0 FEET TO A POINTON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HUTCHENSON ROAD FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE WEST 440 FEET OF SAID NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 25 (SAID LINE BEING ALSO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CHASTAIN ROAD), FOR 548 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY, PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HUTCHANSON ROAD, FOR 150 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE WEST 440 FEET OF SAID NE ¼ OF THE SW 1/4, FOR 548 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HUTCHENSON ROAD; THENCE EASTERLY, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE, FOR 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 442 FEET THEROF.
