NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016904, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP, HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARY CARABALLO; SAMUEL CARABALLO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, WESTFIELD ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
