NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013029 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Son Hui Chu, Enclave at Citrus Park Homeowners' Association, Inc., Choo Huyn Tim AKA Choo Huyn Kim, Beazer Homes Corp., Bank of America, N.A., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
