Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2014, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
UNIT NO. 1122, BUILDING 11, OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3615, PAGE 1906, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
