(ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 1602), AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 12, 1982 IN O.R. BOOK 3817, AT PAGES 512 THROUGH 584, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3936, AT PAGE 363, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
