NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-009494 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff and GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LAZARO HERNANDEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; RHONDA M. BROWN; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, BLOCK A, PROVIDENCE LAKES UNIT IV PHASE A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
