NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-003024 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1 is the Plaintiff and JOSE LUIS ROSARIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE LUIS ROSARIO; THE OAKS AT VALRICO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, OAKS AT VALRICO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 52-1 THROUGH 52-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
