NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016315, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and DANIEL LAFFERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL LAFFERTY; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE NORTH 44 DEGREES 06'10” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 43.81 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 44 DEGREES 06'10” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 43.81 FEET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 53'50” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 66.42 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHWEST HAVING A RADIUS OF 325 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 02 DEGREES 00'07”; THENCE ON THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, A DISTANCE OF 11.36 FEET, SAID ARC SUBTENDED BY A CHORD WHICH BEARS NORTH 38 DEGREES 52'38” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 11.36 FEET TO THE CURVES END; THENCE NORTH 37 DEGREES 52'35” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 32.69 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 53'50” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 71.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
