NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003447 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , MICHAEL J KING, SHARON S KING, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 3, SUGARCREEK SUBDIVISION, as per map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
