F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BRUCE WILSON JR., DECEASED; ARLINDA JOHNSON; LAURA DONALD; YOLANDA NICOLE WILSON; JEWEL LAURICE MURPHY; RACHEL HARDY; BRUCE O. WILSON SR.; DAYMEON WILSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; NICOLE M. GIBBONS; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; RENEE L. REDDING; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of August, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK A OF GLENWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
