NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-000852-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDY MAC BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and 09-000852-CI, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
