ANGERS A/K/A GERALD ANGERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERRY ANGERS A/K/A GERALD R. ANGERS A/K/A GERALD ANGERS N/K/A LISA ANGERS; ANGERS REAL ESTATE, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR OF NATIONSBANK, N.A. (SOUTH); 1ST UNITED BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS ADVANTAGE BANK; CAPRI LAGOONS, UNIT VII, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/26/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 3, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CAPRI LAGOONS, UNIT VII, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5021, PAGE 181, ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 90 AND 91, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
