LOT 23, SUNSET BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10583, PAGE 494, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
