NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-005468-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is Plaintiff and JERED SNELSON AND KELLY SNELSON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas on-line public auction website at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com., beginning at 10:00 AM on September 4, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 113, BUILDING NO. 2, OF OAK LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15066, PAGE 371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 141, PAGE 75 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE.
A/K/A: 113 N MERCURY AVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33765.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
