POWELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER POWELL; JAMI L. POWELL A/K/A JAMI POWELL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 0 DEG. 28' 40” WEST, 159.93; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 31' 36” EAST, 70.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEG. 28' 40” EAST 159.88 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEG. 33' 40” WEST, 70.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID DESCRIBED TRACT BEING A PART OF LOT 24, IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY MAP, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
