YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for damages from the breach of a promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 43 and the West 1/2 of Lot 44, TURF AND SURF ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page(s) 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
TOGETHER WITH all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property described above, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters as well as all right, title, and interest in and to all present and future leases of said real property and all rents from said real property
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said action within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, on Jay B. Watson, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3500 Third St. South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint or Petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
