NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11th, 2014, and entered in Case No.13-009740-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CAPRI LANDINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JOHN JOSEPH READE and THERESA GRACE READE, his wife, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 8 TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CAPRI LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4988 PAGE 952 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40 PAGES 14 AND 15 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
