NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-001200, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and RICHARD R. TROMPKE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD K. TROMPKE A/K/A RICHARD KURT TROMPKE; LOIS E. TROMPKE; RICHARD R. TROMPKE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 15 day of August, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, POWERS CENTRAL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
This property is located at the Street address of: 3644 BURLINGTON AVENUE NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33713.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
