NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2014, and entered in 13-007357-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. QUINLAN II; YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE CONDO ASSN., INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK, BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL A-2: UNIT NO. 49-B, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 16 TO 19, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5198, PAGE 1455, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 81085614, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
