NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014, and entered in 52-2010-CA-009909 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-A is the Plaintiff and THE WOODS OF FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACQUELINE WHITE; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, WOODS OF FOREST LAKES PHASE TWO-UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 17 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
