NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 210, as shown on Condominium Plat of HEATHER RIDGE WEST IV, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 48, Page 64, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 5158, Pages 948-977, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1370 Heather Ridge Boulevard, #210, Dunedin, Florida, 34698
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 29, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
