NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-006531-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and SUZANNE KAELIN A/K/A SUZANNE JUDITH KAELIN, ROBERT RIDER A/K/A ROBERT ALLISON RIDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JERRY ROBERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA ARLENE ROBERSON; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, PLAT OF GREENWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
